At m-well Healthcare, we are committed to delivering your herbal wellness products quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when your order will be delivered.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with details once your order is confirmed.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes:

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 working days

Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 working days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, strikes, lockdowns, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping charge of ₹49 will apply.

Any additional handling or packaging charges (if applicable) will be mentioned during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment status on the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.
6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, non-availability, or customer refusal, the package will be returned to us.

Re-delivery can be arranged at additional shipping cost.
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate and reachable.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is:

Damaged on arrival: Please do not accept it and contact us immediately with pictures.

Marked as delivered but not received: Inform us within 24 hours so we can raise the issue with the courier.
In both cases, email us at sales@mwellhealthcare.com with your Order ID and details. We will investigate and respond at the earliest.
