1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Important: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products, unless there is a proven quality issue.

Products with no safety seal, damaged due to misuse, or not in original condition

Free samples or complimentary items
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

Email us at sales@mwellhealthcare.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include the following details:

Order ID

Name and contact details

Reason for return

Product images showing the damage/defect (if applicable)

Once approved, our support team will guide you through the return process.
4. Return Pickup and Shipping

For eligible returns, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address where possible.

If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the product using a reliable courier service. We will reimburse standard courier charges upon submission of a valid receipt.

Products must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
5. Refunds

Refunds are initiated once we receive and inspect the returned item.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.

For COD orders, we will request your bank account or UPI details to initiate the refund.
6. Exchanges
If you request an exchange:

A replacement will be shipped after we receive the returned product.

If the requested product is out of stock, you may choose an alternative or receive a full refund.
7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
