  • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery may take 3-7 working days, depending on your location.

  • You will receive tracking details via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Products can be returned if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item is delivered.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used health and wellness products are not eligible for return unless damaged.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Prepaid orders canceled before dispatch will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
